OK everyone - I’m almost at my goal of 199 lb.  I weighed in with Steve on Saturday at 200.0 lb.!  BUT why am I wanting to eat off plan and not work out???  This is my old mentality.  I don’t know what’s wrong with me - I am having to go buy new clothes (even new underwear!) and I LOVE doing that.  I hear comments every day from people about how good I look.  I love hearing that too.  Why am I sabotaging myself?  It’s over - tomorrow is a new day and I will begin again.  That’s the awesome thing about changing your life - if you slip up once it doesn’t derail your entire journey, it’s just a slight detour and then you are back on the road!  Tomorrow begins a new day and I’ll see that 199 soon!  Have a great week everyone!

    We should walk again this week, it’s a fun way to catch up and keeps us from those bad habits that sometimes sabotage us at night! I’m so impressed with how far you’ve come and what a great attitude you’ve got. One day of old habits is expected, but with your positive attitude tomorrow will be better than a new day, it will be great! Can’t wait to hear that you’ve gone below your goal…

    I’m so excited for you Rochelle- you’ll be under 200 in no time for sure. Think how far you’ve come since this time last year. Isn’t it amazing what our bodies will do when we treat them right? In another month you’ll buying even smaller clothes and smaller undies- look at you bringing sexy back! :)

    Rochelle: You are sooo close! Don’t get in a rut. Remember ALL the hard work you are doing! Remember your post on the boxing! You couldn’t do it in Jan and look at you NOW!

    You are doing GREAT!!!!

    Don’t waste all the money! Your having to get new clothes and if you don’t stay focused…what a waste!

    Rochelle - you’re done with this, it’s out of your system now and it’s in the past. You’re exactly right, one slip up (even two) doesn’t totally derail your life…just make the decision to get back up and start again with the very next decision that comes your way.

    The 199 is YOURS, own it and chase after it with everything you have..and imagine how great it’s going to feel to see that “1″ pop up on the scale…right?! It’s going to be awesome…you have all the tools you need to make it happen, including the desire and the will to overcome your sabotage-y voice :)
