Not much going on this week. Unfortunately, I don’t think I lost anything this week. I really don’t know why, I’m working out, I’m eating on plan, I don’t know. I weigh myself on Tuesdays and Fridays and this morning I am still at 203. I guess we’ll see where I am tomorrow at the weigh in with Steve. Even if I don’t lose weight, I know I’m losing fat and toning up. It won’t stop me from continuing on this awesome path! But I want to hit 199 already dang it! It will take one more week I guess!!!

Hi Rochelle: that 199 is SOO close! and I know you know this; a 199 doesn’t mean that your clothes are not fitting better and people are taking notice. They are not noticing the number, but the person!

Hi Rochelle. Hang in there girl. I swear…I am going to weight in at the same weight as last week. THis is the 3rd week I haven’t lost anything. It was the ice cream sandwiches either….I ate those to make up for Sunday and Monday when I couldn’t eat. You are toning up. All that muscle is finally kickin some butt. It will come off:) Stay strong. We will all get through this together.
HI, don’t feel bad becasue you are losing weight. I know exactly how you feel to do the right things and it APPEARS no results, but if you are doing some form of weight trsining that could be the extra muscle being weighed even though you are losing the fat. I also noticed something, your body gets used to doing the same thing and will not lose any more weight, so every two to three weeks change your whole routine, go swimming, play a sport, change up on the videos, and you will see the results again. How you will know is that your body will ache like it was the first time you worked out again, then you are on the right path until you dont feel that much ache anymore, its time to switch up. Keep up the good work!!! You will do it!!!
