End Week 4 - Running Strong

So, yes. I think that’s the theme going into Week 5…keep running strong!

Steve challenged you guys to run as fast as you can for 2 miles, I challenge you to run as strong and hard after this goal as you can! Keep it up, push yourself…you know by now…you believe…that you’re going to get there.  The miles may feel long and you may feel tired, but the goal is within your reach, no looking back, no doubts from here on out. You’ve come too far for that, you’re in this to see it through!

    Running is the key to loose extra pounds and fat very fast and start seeing your muscles that you have built over the past 4 weeks…keep running for healthy new YOU!
