Girls,

You’re looking and I hope feeling stronger, faster and lighter.

So, this week, I’m challenging you to a run.

Challenge: Run 2 miles as fast as you can.  If you do it on the treadmill, incline needs to be 1. This distance is 8 laps around a track. Gina, you’ll get a separate challenge to do for your ankle.

    I did it! I didn’t run the whole time but I completed the challenge and kept going as fast as I could for 2 miles. I’m going to try again on Friday to beat my time!

    Okay…not so easy. Ran 3 miles today. Tried to do the first 2 at 10 minutes miles, no way, almost collapsed. We’ll stick with 12 minute miles for a while:)

    I did it too1 Could only run .50 mile and that was it for real. I walked the rest on 4.0 speed. Completed 2 miles in 30:13.
