I read Steven’s challenge yesterday and thought, “What the hell?!”. Called him to confirm that he really meant 100 push ups, and YES HE DID.
So, I’m always game for a challenge and just decided to do it last night so I wouldn’t freak out about it until Saturday. Now, let me start my saying that I haven’t ever done a full body push up in my life- always on my knees or, since starting this program, at an incline.Â
It was hard y’all! But, I completed my 100 push ups in 2 hours. I had to break them up in sets of 5 (yes 5!) and had to take breaks after each set. I did 4 sets at an incline (2o total) and the rest the traditional way. I pushed my self to do 10 more, so I completed 110 push ups!!!

 (working it with my baby!)
I am SO SORE today its unreal. I called in sick just to stay home to soak, sleep and soak again because I still have to workout today……….  My arms hurt- even trying to comb my hair this morning HURT. My shoulders hurt, my back, my everything. I’m proud of myself. Going back to sleep now.
Be Blessed!
