Week #2 - Check!
You guys have done it again, powered through another week with absolute success and awesomeness! I saw a little tired, a little low on energy to start the week (no doubt with those workouts!) - but pushing on through, dedicated, and everyone is once again feeling strong and energized! YEAH!!
Way to hang in there girls!!
I just got off the phone with Melissa who I know had a rough first week, and what a turn around! Energy and motivation are SKY HIGH! She said, “If I’m seeing these changes after just TWO weeks…imagine what I’ll see after 4? Imagine after 12!”
