“…one step away from greatness.” I see so much greatness already, eagerness to succeed, that determination inside to fight through whatever obstacles are placed in your way…you’re finding your way around, through, up, over, under…it’s awesome.
I hope you’ve all recovered from that monster workout this weekend (Steve too!), sounds like it was grueling in that “hurts so good” kind of way! In a few weeks just think how you’ll look back at THAT workout and recall the “good ole’ days, when things were easy!”Â
Stay strong, stay focused…and most of all stay happy and bright…your light is shining for many others!

I’m feeling great, especially since I’m seeing results so quickly. I never thought I would be so successful on this! I just thought I would continue plugging along like I have for the past year. I feel AWESOME!
i have been steady with my exercise routine. Bought the wii fit game and doing for 50 min per day. If you use it it will work and adding your own combinations of things to do in short spirts have a terrific day everyone keep up the good work
ditto Rochelle! I’m feeling good- slow and steady wins the race. This 12 weeks is really just a launching pad to my healthy living for the rest of my life
