So we are finally here! Everybody is ready and MOTIVATED, I absolutely love these ladies!! Their food has not even been delivered (it arrives tomorrow) and these guys are already sweating hard, making awesome (sometimes tough!) choices, and learning just how strong they are. It’s amazing how just a short string of a few small, individual choices, adds up to an amazing feeling of strength and accomplishment. String a few more of those together each day, each week…pretty soon you’ve lost 10 pounds, dropped a pants size or even pumping more iron than before!
But let’s get back to the food…we all know that you have to have a solid nutrition plan to go along with any fitness program if you really want to see great results.   But wow, the food thing can be HARD! Am I right?! Why? First you have to figure out what your calories should be, make the right/healthy food choices, shop for the food, PREPARE the food…clean up the food! Does it ever end? No! We express emotion with food, we share with food, and let’s face it - you can’t just quit food cold turkey!
So what are these guys going to do?
First, we’ve taken a LOT of the work out of the equation by providing each of our MMO participants with freshly prepared, calorie and portion controlled meals - delivered to their door - from eDiets! No counting, no planning or preparing, no dishes. How fabulous is that?! But there’s still a little (sometimes a lot!) more to it….
While I may know my way around healthy food choices from my own weight loss experience, I’m definitely not a nutritionist. So lucky for these guys, we’ve also got a huge team of licensed and registered dietitians on hand! Tuccoa, Gina, Melissa, and Rochelle have each been teamed up with one of our pros, who’ll be in touch weekly for questions or a little added source of support!
